Very cool. I wonder if these concepts are being linked into Ed Admin coursework. The admin folk I met during my masters studies at IU seemed mostly to be trudging their way through bureacracy. The administrators I have since met usually have open minds to new ideas, but then can't figure out how to implement new ideas due to policy "roadblocks" or just old school thinking. It seems to me that Ed Admin programs will be key in order to get the ball rolling, at least in the majority of schools that are still being managed top down. Cheers
