I keep NPR running non-stop in the bathroom in the morning. Feel slightly better for it most days; wonderfully better for it on some. Today was one of the 2nd variety:
An editorial by an unnamed Texas man (didn't catch his name) suggested the idea of allowing superintendants to keep their large salaries (largest include the Super from Dallas -- $345K -- and the Super from Ft. Worth -- slightly less, but not much less)...as long as the best teacher in the district makes $1 more.
A lovely revolution. Putting money where it belongs, even if symbolically!
